Summer for us is a balancing act between drilling water wells and farming. Early morning are spent at the drill while the temperatures are cooler and afternoons are for farming. We stopped to appreciate this beautiful owl and sunset on our way home from the hay barn. The guy does a great job of keeping the varmint population down on the hay field. The moment didn't last long though, people are where waiting for us to be there in the morning to drill them a new well and the hay was waiting to be baled the next day. Happy summer!
